Lovely staff and very professional. Happy that my 9 year old was able to have her filling without any tears or anxiety at all. She wasn’t even aware of the numbing process.

I usually find dentist appointments to be unpleasant and I have had judgmental comments in the past but Dr Parul was extremely gentle and non-judgemental. The dental assistant did a great job, and the receptionist was lovely as well. Would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Dr. Parul at Butler dental. Myself have high anxiety for a dentist due to bad childhood experience. From the moment I walk into Butler dental everyone were so lovely and put me at ease. Dr. Parul just knew how to make sure that I feel safe and comfortable during my consultation and the sedation process that I under go a few weeks later. First visit here. Everyone was very friendly. I saw Dr Graff he was very nice and explained all my options with recommendations of treatment. He did a great job and showed me before, during and after photos. I am happily returning to this practice.

Happy with my appointment today - teeth cleaning experience was good - “sunshine and flowers” compared to previous cleaning experiences with other dentists. The dental nurse’s deft hand with the saliva suction instrument was a stand-out - if only she had stayed for the whole session.
